1. Product Feeding: The product is conveyed into the working area of the packaging machine through a conveyor belt or another feeding system.

2. Sleeve Formation: The heat shrink film is drawn out and forms a sleeve-like structure. The product is pushed into this sleeve. This sleeve is typically formed by two heat-sealing bars or hot knives, ensuring that both ends of the film are open, allowing the product to pass through.

3. Heat Sealing and Cutting: Once the product is pushed into the sleeve, the heat-sealing device heats and seals the film, while simultaneously cutting off the excess film to form an individual package.

4. Heat Shrink Process: The sealed package then enters the heat shrink tunnel (usually a hot air circulation oven). In this tunnel, hot air causes the heat shrink film to shrink rapidly, tightly wrapping the product. The temperature and shrink time can be adjusted according to different film materials and product requirements.

5. Cooling and Discharge: After the heat shrink process, the product passes through a cooling zone to set the shrink film. It is then conveyed out of the packaging machine, completing the entire packaging process.
