How to use the sleeve heat shrink film machine

For the use of sleeve-type heat shrink packaging machine

1. Preparation
Product preparation: Arrange and sort the products to be packaged according to specifications and quantity.
Heat shrink film preparation: Select the appropriate heat shrink film, cut or prepare the corresponding film roll according to the size of the product.
2. Machine settings
Temperature setting: Set the appropriate temperature of the heater according to the material of the heat shrink film and the characteristics of the product.
Speed setting: Adjust the speed of the conveyor belt and the sealing and cutting knife to ensure a smooth packaging process.
3. Loading
Place the product: Place the sorted product on the conveyor belt and prepare to enter the packaging area.
4. Sleeve packaging
Film-wrapped products: The conveyor belt conveys the product to the sleeve packaging area, and the heat shrink film automatically forms a sleeve to wrap the product in the sleeve film tube.
Sealing and cutting operation: The sealing and cutting knife seals and cuts the shrink film on the product in the sleeve film tube to ensure that the film tightly wraps the product.
5. Heat shrinkage
Heating shrinkage: The product in the sleeve film tube enters the heating furnace, and the heat shrink film shrinks rapidly at high temperature and fits tightly to the surface of the product.
Cooling and shaping: The heated product passes through the cooling area to ensure that the heat shrink film is shaped and tightly wrapped.
6. Discharging
Finished product output: The packaged products are output through the conveyor belt for further inspection and sorting.
7. Inspection and quality inspection
Quality inspection: Perform an appearance inspection on the packaged products to ensure that the heat shrink film is not damaged, wrinkled, and shrinks evenly after heat shrinkage.

Weight and sealing inspection: Check whether the weight of the product meets the standard and whether the sealing is firm, smooth, uniform, and stretch-resistant.
